Dear Valued Client:
After 2 years at our current location, we were officially notified that our lease is being terminated due to developer modifications; unfortunately due to unexpected scheduling revisions, these changes mean that our departure from the building has been expedited and our last day of business until we re-open in a new location will be June 23th. We wanted to give you the information we do have as soon as possible so we can assist you in a smooth transition for your four-legged family member.
We will be re-opening in a new site as soon as possible. Because we want to make sure and find the best possible new location for all of our other guests, we have not selected a new facility at this time. We will select a new location very soon and will keep you updated about all of the details as they arise.
Through June 23th, we will continue to give your dog the attentive, specialized service you have come to expect of A Dog’s Life. We are happy to refund any unused punches left on your package and ask that you please request it prior to June 28th and preferably in person.
We understand that your dog is an important member of the family and we want to make sure that he continues to receive excellent care during our transition, for that reason we are confident recommending The Barking Lounge (http://www.barkinglounge.com, 206-382-1600) until we re-open. We are also happy to have a one-on-one discussion with The Barking Lounge about your dog’s personal preferences so that we can make sure it is as comfortable a transition as possible.
Our commitment is to providing you and your dog the best possible service now and through the transition. We will be available for discussions during your dog’s time away from A Dog’s Life and will be checking in with The Barking Lounge on a regular basis to make sure he is happy during his time away from A Dog’s Life.
We will be offering returning customers 40% off daycare packages for the first month of our grand-re-opening. We will be updating you as details emerge.
We apologize for any inconvenience and please feel free to contact us with questions, comments, or any ways we can assist you further through this transition.
